Welcome to Maali4G. By creating an account or placing an order on maali4g.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Maali4G is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Morocco, with operations supported by a UK limited company (in formation). Contact: contact@maali4g.com.

2. What we sell

Maali4G sells digital codes for in-game currencies, digital wallet top-ups, and similar gaming-related digital goods. We are an authorized reseller working with B2B suppliers; we are not affiliated with the game publishers themselves unless explicitly stated on a product page.

3. Account responsibilities

When you create an account on Maali4G, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information so we can deliver your codes.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purchasing only, unless you have a written B2B agreement with us.
  • Not attempt to defraud us, the payment processors, or the underlying suppliers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are quoted in US dollars. Display in other currencies is informational; the charged amount is the USD price plus any cryptocurrency conversion fee charged by the payment processor.
  • We accept cryptocurrency payments via NowPayments (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and others). Additional payment methods may be added in future updates.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
  • Promotional codes may be applied per their stated rules.

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the product and supplier. Most digital codes deliver within minutes of payment confirmation; some require manual fulfillment that may take a few hours. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

You will receive your code by email and in your account at /account/orders/[order-number].

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In summary: refunds are available in limited circumstances within 24 hours of purchase, and codes that have been redeemed are not refundable.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or in response to security incidents. We will give reasonable notice when possible.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maali4G's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Bans or sanctions imposed by game publishers on accounts that have redeemed codes purchased from us, except where such bans are caused by codes that were proven invalid at delivery.
  • Loss of in-game items or progress.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use Maali4G to:

  • Resell our codes commercially without a written B2B agreement.
  • Launder money or evade sanctions.
  • Conduct fraudulent or chargeback schemes.
  • Purchase codes for jurisdictions where the underlying game or product is not legally available to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (the jurisdiction of our UK operating entity, once formed). Disputes must first be raised by email to contact@maali4g.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issue before resorting to formal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer-protection rights under your country of residence.
