Welcome to Maali4G. By creating an account or placing an order on maali4g.com, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Maali4G is an independent online store based in Morocco. Contact: contact@maali4g.com.
2. What we sell
Maali4G sells digital gift-card codes, gaming wallet codes and direct game top-ups sourced through B2B suppliers. Maali4G is independent of the game publishers and does not claim official publisher affiliation or authorization. Brand names and logos identify the products offered and do not imply endorsement.
3. Account responsibilities
When you create an account on Maali4G, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information so we can deliver your codes.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purchasing only, unless you have a written B2B agreement with us.
- Not attempt to defraud us, the payment processors, or the underlying suppliers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD; other currency displays are estimates. Checkout shows your total and payment fee before you pay.
We offer Binance Pay, NOWPayments, and Maali4G wallet balance when available. NOWPayments adds a $4 processing fee per order. Network or conversion fees charged by a payment service may also apply. Follow only the payment instructions provided for your order.
5. Delivery
Delivery begins after payment confirmation and depends on the game, product and supplier. A processing status does not promise an exact delivery time.
Digital codes appear in your order details and are sent by email. Direct top-ups are credited to the Player/User ID and server entered at checkout. Check those details before paying; completed top-ups normally cannot be reversed. Follow progress on your order page and contact support if delivery is delayed.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for delivery failures, invalid codes and other eligible cases. Please report problems within 24 hours so we can investigate promptly; this request does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Redeemed codes and completed top-ups normally cannot be reversed.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or in response to security incidents. We will give reasonable notice when possible.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maali4G's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Bans or sanctions imposed by game publishers on accounts that have redeemed codes purchased from us, except where such bans are caused by codes that were proven invalid at delivery.
- Loss of in-game items or progress.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use Maali4G to:
- Resell our codes commercially without a written B2B agreement.
- Launder money or evade sanctions.
- Conduct fraudulent or chargeback schemes.
- Purchase codes for jurisdictions where the underlying game or product is not legally available to you.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law and disputes
Raise a dispute by email to contact@maali4g.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer-protection rights under applicable law.
