Ordering and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Binance Pay, NOWPayments and Maali4G store balance are offered when available at checkout. Prices are in USD. NOWPayments adds a $4 processing fee per order, shown before payment; network or conversion fees may also apply. Available coins and payment-service eligibility depend on the provider, your location and your account.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are in US dollars. Your cryptocurrency wallet handles the conversion at the moment you pay. You see the exact amount in your chosen coin before you confirm the payment.

Can I pay with a card?

Direct card and PayPal checkout are not currently offered. Use only the methods shown at checkout; we have no confirmed launch date for additional methods.

How do I know my payment went through?

Your order page shows the payment status. A payment confirmation is separate from delivery confirmation. Network and provider processing times vary; contact support if you need help confirming a payment.

What if my crypto payment is delayed?

Network confirmations take longer at peak times. Sign in with your purchase email and select Refresh status on the order page to check for payment confirmation. If your payment is still pending after 30 minutes, email us at contact@maali4g.com with your order number.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

Contact contact@maali4g.com with your order number and payment reference so we can check the amount received. Do not send another payment without checking the order instructions or contacting support.

Why didn't my payment window match the order total?

Check the currency, network, fees and expiry shown by the payment provider before paying. If a payment window has expired or its amount is unclear, contact support before paying or creating a replacement order.

Delivery

How fast is delivery?

Delivery after payment confirmation. Manual processing may take several hours depending on the product and supplier.

Where do I get my code?

Digital codes appear in your order details and are sent by email. Direct game top-ups, including PUBG Mobile UC, are credited to the Player/User ID and server supplied at checkout; no redemption code is sent. Sign in with your purchase email to follow the order.

What if my code doesn't work?

Email us at contact@maali4g.com from your purchase email, with the order number and a screenshot of the error message from the gaming platform. We will verify with our supplier and replace the code or refund you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I redeem the code from any country?

Availability depends on the product region, game version and your account. Check the product page and publisher requirements before paying. If you entered incorrect details, contact us immediately; correction or reversal is not guaranteed after fulfillment. See our Refund Policy.

Account

Do I need an account to buy?

You can check out as a guest. To view your order and codes on the site, sign in with the email address used at checkout. This protects your purchase details; an order number alone cannot grant access.

How do I sign in?

Two ways: enter your email and we send you a magic link, or sign in with Google. We do not use passwords.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email us at contact@maali4g.com and we will delete your account within 30 days. Your past orders are retained in anonymized form for tax-compliance reasons.

Trust and safety

Is Maali4G a real business?

Maali4G is an independent online store based in Morocco, selling digital codes and direct game top-ups through B2B suppliers. We do not claim to be a publisher or an officially authorized publisher partner. See About us and Contact.

How do I know I'm not buying stolen codes?

We source products through B2B suppliers and check reported delivery or code problems with the supplier. If you receive an invalid or incorrect product, contact us with the order number and relevant evidence; our Refund Policy explains the resolution process.

Will buying a code get my game account banned?

We cannot guarantee how a publisher will apply its rules to your account. Check the game rules, supported version and region before purchasing. Maali4G does not claim official publisher authorization.

How do you protect my data?

See our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect the minimum necessary, encrypt sensitive fields, do not sell or share data with advertisers, and use only privacy-respecting analytics tools.

Do you ship physical products?

No. Maali4G is digital-only.

I want a product you don't carry. Can you add it?

Email us at contact@maali4g.com with the product name and the gaming platform. We add new products based on demand.

Can I be a reseller / B2B partner?

Email contact@maali4g.com with details about your business. We may have a B2B program in 2026 once we scale.
