Ordering and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Cryptocurrency via NowPayments. We accept BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, LTC, TRX, and many others. The full list of supported coins is shown at checkout.

We are working on adding traditional payment rails (cards, PayPal) — those will arrive once our UK operating entity is formed in 2026.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are in US dollars. Your cryptocurrency wallet handles the conversion at the moment you pay. You see the exact amount in your chosen coin before you confirm the payment.

Can I pay with a card?

Not yet. We are crypto-only at launch. See the question above for the timeline on card payments.

How do I know my payment went through?

You will see a "Payment received" confirmation in your account at /account/orders/[order-number] and an email from noreply@maali4g.com confirming receipt. Cryptocurrency typically confirms within 1–10 minutes depending on the network.

What if my crypto payment is delayed?

Network confirmations take longer at peak times. The order page updates automatically once payment is confirmed. If your payment is still pending after 30 minutes, email us at contact@maali4g.com with your order number.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

If you underpaid, your order will be marked partially_paid and we will email you with instructions to top up. If you significantly overpaid, email us — we will refund the excess to your wallet.

Why didn't my payment window match the order total?

NowPayments locks the crypto-to-USD rate at the moment you click Pay. The crypto amount is fixed for the next 30 minutes. If you wait beyond that, you will need to start a new order at the new rate.

Delivery

How fast is delivery?

Most products deliver within minutes of payment confirmation. A few products require manual fulfillment that takes a few hours, depending on supplier and time of day. Each product page shows its expected delivery window.

Where do I get my code?

In your account at /account/orders/[order-number] and by email from noreply@maali4g.com. The code is encrypted at rest in our system and only revealed to you after payment is confirmed.

What if my code doesn't work?

Email us at contact@maali4g.com from your purchase email, with the order number and a screenshot of the error message from the gaming platform. We will verify with our supplier and replace the code or refund you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I redeem the code from any country?

Some products are region-locked by the game publisher. Region restrictions are clearly listed on each product page. If you redeem a code outside its supported region, we cannot refund you — please double-check before purchasing.

Account

Do I need an account to buy?

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you see your order history and easily request support if a code has an issue.

How do I sign in?

Two ways: enter your email and we send you a magic link, or sign in with Google. We do not use passwords.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email us at contact@maali4g.com and we will delete your account within 30 days. Your past orders are retained in anonymized form for tax-compliance reasons.

Trust and safety

Is Maali4G a real business?

Yes. We are an individual entrepreneur in Morocco, with a UK limited company in formation. We use established service providers (Vercel, Neon, Upstash, Resend, NowPayments) that you can verify independently.

How do I know I'm not buying stolen codes?

Every code we sell is sourced from authorized B2B suppliers. We do not buy codes from anonymous resellers, dark-web marketplaces, or any unverifiable source. If a supplier ever delivered us codes that turn out to be problematic, we would refund affected customers and stop working with that supplier — but in practice this has not happened.

Will buying a code get my game account banned?

No. Codes purchased through legitimate authorized resellers (which is what we are) do not trigger account bans. Bans typically come from purchasing currency or accounts from anonymous third-party sellers, which we do not do. That said, the game publisher always has the final say on their own platform — we cannot guarantee a particular publisher's behavior, only that we operate as an authorized reseller.

How do you protect my data?

See our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect the minimum necessary, encrypt sensitive fields, do not sell or share data with advertisers, and use only privacy-respecting analytics tools.

Do you ship physical products?

No. Maali4G is digital-only.

I want a product you don't carry. Can you add it?

Email us at contact@maali4g.com with the product name and the gaming platform. We add new products based on demand.

Can I be a reseller / B2B partner?

Email contact@maali4g.com with details about your business. We may have a B2B program in 2026 once we scale.
