Maali4G sells digital gift-card codes and direct game top-ups. Codes are delivered in your order details and by email. Direct top-ups are credited to the player account and server you specify; no redemption code is required.
When to contact us
Please report a problem within 24 hours of purchase so we can investigate promptly. This reporting request does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Contact us if a code is invalid, already redeemed before delivery, or does not match the product or region ordered; if a confirmed top-up has not arrived; if an order cannot be delivered; or if you were charged without a matching order.
Delivery delays and cancellation
Payment confirmation and game delivery are separate steps. A processing order is not necessarily a failed order. We check its status before refunding or resubmitting it to avoid a duplicate top-up.
If delivery has not started, we will check whether cancellation is possible. Once a top-up has been submitted, cancellation depends on whether the supplier can stop it. If delivery fails and the payment is confirmed, contact us for resolution or an eligible refund.
Completed orders and account details
A successfully redeemed code or a top-up delivered to the player account and server entered at checkout normally cannot be reversed. Check the product, region, Player/User ID and server carefully before paying. If you entered incorrect details, contact us immediately; correction is not guaranteed after submission.
Receiving a code does not remove your right to report an invalid or incorrect code. We may ask for an error screenshot, but never your game password or wallet private key.
Request a refund
Email contact@maali4g.com from the checkout email address with your order number (MG-YYYY-NNNNNN), a description and relevant screenshots. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve eligible refunds within 3 business days; payment-provider settlement can take additional time.
Refund method and fees
- Binance Pay: we arrange an eligible refund through the original payment method where supported and confirm the details with you.
- NOWPayments: we confirm the cryptocurrency, network, destination and any applicable fees before arranging the refund. Never send wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
- Maali4G wallet: purchases paid from your store balance are refunded to that balance when eligible.
The NOWPayments checkout processing fee is $4 per order and is shown before payment. Network or conversion fees may also be charged by payment services. We explain the refund amount and any permitted deductions before processing it; mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
