Refund Policy

Maali4G sells digital game-currency codes and digital wallet codes. The fulfillment of these products consists of a code being revealed to you in your account and by email. Once a code has been revealed, it is considered delivered and used.

Eligibility for a refund

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase in the following circumstances:

  • The code we delivered does not work in the region you specified at checkout.
  • The code we delivered is invalid or has already been redeemed (manufacturer fault).
  • We were unable to deliver your order within the stated delivery window and you no longer wish to wait.
  • Your payment was charged but no order was created on our system (rare; usually a webhook timing issue we will resolve and credit you).

You are not eligible for a refund in these circumstances:

  • The code has been successfully redeemed on your gaming account or wallet.
  • You purchased the wrong product, region, or denomination by mistake (please double-check region before completing checkout).
  • The platform you intended to redeem the code on has changed its policies, prices, or availability after delivery.
  • You changed your mind after a code was revealed to you.

How to request a refund

Email contact@maali4g.com from the email address you used at checkout, with:

  1. Your order number (MG-YYYY-NNNNNN)
  2. A short description of the problem
  3. A screenshot of the error message from the gaming platform if one was shown

We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve eligible refunds within 3 business days.

Refund method

For payments made in cryptocurrency via NowPayments, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to a wallet address you provide in the refund request. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

Chargebacks

We do not support chargebacks because crypto payments do not allow them. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first — we will work with you to resolve it.
